I tried to get assistance from Rubber Chicken Customer Service and you immediately routed me to a totally different company of high-priced technicians to the tune of $14.99/mo.!!! This is outrageous.
I NEED HELP. Where is your Customer Service contact info? And how do I change my email address?
Total pain in the *** Google contacts–Chicken claims my google accounts aren’t verified. Verified by *** who? You can’t contact *** rubber chicken cards. Tried to verify 5 times. In January 2020 I requested that my auto-renewal be canceled. I received an email from Steve Rotblatt on 1/18/20 confirming that it had been canceled. Then in May I noticed that my credit card had been charged $19.95 on 5/11/20. I sent an email requesting a refund and have not received a response or a refund. [email protected]***.com
I subscribed to send a card to my nephew. The card was not sent. I asked to cancel the subscription. The card was sent two days late. My credit card was charged after the cancelation. I need my money back. User’s recommendation: No recommendations.
Since you changed your website I have NOT been able to access/send cards easily!!!! It used to be very simple and now I can’t send anything!!! I have been spammed for almost 4 years now. The “click here” to remove does not work. Their email address does not work. Their phone number does not work. It’s horrible.
