Extreme delay in windsheild replacement without explanation.

I went to get my windshield replaced, I was advised 1.5 to 2 hours, but it ended up taking over 4 hours without explanation or apology. I filed a bad review regarding the experience, and within 2 hours of my filing, I received a call from the regional director who profusely apologized for my bad experience and stated they did not want to lose me as a future customer. I accepted their apology and respected their quick response. User's recommendation: I've been their customer three times now, this was the worst experience I've ever had with them, however, the quick response of the leadership team regarding my complaint, tells me that I will use them again if necessary.
