Extreme billing issues ongoing for 4weeks

I need to speak with someone @ Corporate ASAP. Im a long term resident and consider this my home away from home yet I have recently been ignored and treated very unfairly with recent upgrade charges with nothing in writing or a fore-warning. Please call me ASAP and give me a chance to explain my situation. These emails are not a solution ! I dont want to give a bad review to the public, rather I just need my situation resolved. I always pay on time and keep my room nice and clean!! Thanks
