Since yearly exam 4/3/21 I continually received bills for a $40 balance. I paid 207.00, their bills show my amount was 155.00 and owe 40.00. I PAID 207!!! My local office that I have gone to for many years did the correct billing, but the idiots in billing at some remote location obviously DO NOT understand this. NOW I receive a FINAL NOTICE. My credit rating is excellent and if this EYE CHAIN does not correct ASAP I will no longer continue with the local office (that was PRIVATELY OWNED for decades) and find a suitably privately owned office in my town. User's recommendation: If your optometrist allows the chain to buy them out..FORGET ABOUT IT!
