Equipment Reservation

"Reserved" a 5X8 trailer on 7/29/21 to be picked up on 8/13/21 at a specified location. I received a call today (8/11/21) telling me the trailer was not available at the location I requested. I was informed I needed to drive 80 miles to pick up the trailer and moved my reservation to 8/14/21. No offer of any other options to remedy the situation. This will be my last rental from Uhaul. The last three experiences including this one have been a nightmare. Everything from equipment availability flat tires at equipment pickup and changing drop off locations. Zero Customer Service. User's recommendation: Improve scheduling process and have options to present to the customer.
