I was working with Shaun Cooper. I'd given him bank information and picked the plan for my mother. I gave him her information. He said he needed to speak with her. During the time she was at dialysis. I called him and he never returned any of my calls. I'm nervous because I don't want my parents information to be missed used. I think this is bad business. Now I am thinking I could've been scammed. This is a awful feeling.
