As a user of this site and as a representative of Ultimate Image Cosmetic Medical Center, I would like to address the complaints that were posted about our practice regarding Dr. Karl Swanson. We would like to make it clear to everyone that Dr. Swanson sold the practice in 2012 to Dr. Todd A. Besnoff and at that time all affiliations with Dr. Karl Swanson were terminated. Although it was beyond our control, we would still like to apologize to anyone that had a negative experience at Ultimate Image or with Dr. Swanson. It is shocking for us to read how you were treated and we hope that everyone understands that any review, good or bad about Ultimate Image and Dr. Karl Swanson prior to 2012 are not a reflection of Dr. Besnoff's standards or practices. We encourage anyone to inquire online, in person, or elsewhere about Dr. Todd A. Besnoff before forming your opinion. Thank You!
