Double charges on account for 6 months of service

Straight Talk has double charged my account every month for the 6 (October 2020-March 2021) consecutive months that I have had their service. Each month I am charged 10 days before the end of the month and then my autopay is charged on the last day of the month. I originally switched to straight talk since I wanted convenience and service without the hassle and charges of other wireless companies. So far my experience has been poor and the only refunds I have received has been from my credit card company. Straight Talk fails to resolve the issue, and when I call they say they do not see a double charge. I even went as far as to get a new credit card thinking there was fraud activity, but this occurred again after getting the new credit card. Resolution for this issue would only be acceptable through stopping double charges and refunding customers their money that is due.
