Double billing, with zero customer service

My Zoom account renewed Dec. 17, 2020, at which time I was charged $149.90 for a year's Zoom. Then, on April 13, 2021, Zoom charged me ANOTHER $159.65. When I tried to contact Customer Service, I was told that due to Covid, Zoom was only taking calls from corporate accounts. This stinks! I'm going to check out Microsoft Teams -- I hear they're just as good as Zoom. User's recommendation: Not sure I'd recommend Zoom right now.
