Don’t expect any help from KingSize customer service.

I sent the following to KingSize and never received a reply: Customer Service, The above order was received on December 18, 2018. After wearing the slippers for just 8 months, the soles have began separating from the slippers. (See the attached photo.) I am pretty upset about this. Please let me know what you are willing to do to rectify this matter.
