So love the furniture, but the life time warranty selling point is false information because nothing is covered. So I called customer service with these issues after spending $9,276.91 at the store back in 2017 (since I had the life time warranty).. 1. Pen mark on love seat (won't come off) 2. Headboard slats are stained blue from rubbing against my blue pillow covers 3. Veneer chipping on kitchen table legs, bar stools, and kitchen chairs 4. Film left on table after cleaning it off with pledge multi-surface cleaner And guess what? Nothing is covered! Nothing can be done! SO please if you're going to shop there, keep in mind that NOTHING is covered. Hope this helps someone.. just wish they were upfront and honest with me when they sold me the whole lifetime warranty schpeel.
