I placed an order for a table and ordered it but decided I didnt want it the next day and went back to cancel my order and they said if I canceled my order I would have to pay a restocking fee of $400 mins you the darn table cost $1300. They also said its on the delivery truck and it takes 3 days to deliver it from brandywine MD to VA. Customer service was very rude and no help plus you cant even talk to the higher up. So my next stop will be BBB and 7 on your side. Lets see if they like a front row on the service and ripping people off feeling for the world to see how a horrible furniture store is and never to go there. User's recommendation: DINT NOT GO TO ANY REGENCY FURNITURE STORES...WORST STORE EVER!!!
