I purchased the Platinum package in September... giving me supposed access to all beds including spray tan. After I paid, the girl in Boiling Springs never could remember my name, even though I went three times a week for four months. I was told I couldn't spray tan. THree times in January and February the bed I used (level 7) wouldn't work. I redressed and moved to another bed, only to find out it didn't work either. The girl complained the beds needed reset but said she didn't know how to do it. So I left without tanning. Twice I went in I had to give her ALL of my contact information again as they were having "system problems" In early February I had PTO and my boss called me in to work for an emergency. I went flying in... didn't even take my purse. Once finished with handling the crisis, I thought I'd go tan. When I got there she asked me my name and said I wasn't in the system so I'd have to sign up AGAIN! I explained I didn't have my credit card with me, could I tan and bring it again tomorrow? NO! That is not their policy. What a bunch of hoodlums. Zero customer service. I sent their customer service a letter about everything and never heard one word. This company is a joke.
