Nasty company to deal with. ZERO stars is too many. 1) Properties are {{Redacted}} 2) If YOU call the police know that you will get evicted for a police report. 3) You WILL NOT get your deposit back. There is no way you will get a deposit back - for any reason. 4) You will be charged for carpet cleaning (even if you did it yourself and it was better than when you got there), You will be charged for repainting, You will be charged for damages (again, even if they were there before you rented). These charges are IN ADDITION TO not returning your deposit. 5) When neighbors smoke pot in their apartment it will leak into your apartment and all of your clothes will smell like you've been high for days. That's enough - the list goes on and on. Just wanted to warn others. Year lease is 365 days too many for this company.
