Put an order in for 1st February. Contacted them on 12th February only to be told that production is between 4 and 14 days. Clearly stated between 2 and 7 days on their website!! Customer service only responds with 1 sentence and doesn’t even try to be proactive with a solution!!!
Do not even bother using them. The website is terrible. Difficult to navigate. The customer service is also an absoloute joke. *** you photobookshop. *** you.
