Our experience started last November when we ordered cabinets and counter tops. The sales person that we worked with forgot to place our order so this delayed our project right out of the gate. The cabinets were finally installed last week and we now have no counter tops. We were told they were order three times only to find out they were not. Yesterday we found out that the counter top we ordered is not available at all. So instead of working with the supplier to find something we would be happy with, we were basically told that we will need to go someplace else. So now we are in limbo with no counter tops no sink and a real pain. We have spoken with the manager that also gave us wrong information and tried to overcharge us. All three of the people we worked with could use some customer service skills and training. We kept getting different answers and no one could follow thru with what needed to be done. This has been and continues to be a nightmare.
