They are a 3rd party provider, I used them to book 3 rooms Jan. 9 2021. I paid them for all 3 rooms. When I checked out of the hotel they told me that Reservation Counter only paid the hotel for 1 room and so hotel charged me a second time for the other 2 rooms. Now it's my responsibility to get the refund back from Reservation Counter! What they do is upcharge you for the rooms to begin with, then they short pay the hotel and when they refund you it's at the lower amount from the hotel, so they pocket the difference. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS 3rd PARTY PROVIDER. CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.
