Update by user Nov 19, 2019 The site im on has checked "issue resolved". I have tried to change because issue is NOT resolved. Original review posted by user Nov 19, 2019 I have wasted enough time on this company to give detailed problems. Read other post about NO SERVICE. NO customer service. No phone service. No text. Phone says NO SIM. I was from from about 11 am to past 5 pm dealing with suddenlink and then the non working web site and "CHAT". After many many attempts to navigate web site I get to "CHAT" with person that really tried to help. TRIED. currently, my phone says No service or No SIM. Verizon said I would be back in a month. Don't know if I will wait that long.
