I wad advised that an item i had ordered would be delievered some time over the "next two days" but could not specify which day. I was then told i would get a call at 7am on the morning of delivery to advise it would arrive that day. That didnt happen so went to work (as most people have to do). I recieved a phone all later that day to day that the delivery had arrived but i wasnt home....wtf. I arranged for the following day to have the item delivered and took a day off work (at my own expense/loss). I contacted allied around midday and was advised my item was not "on the truck and still at their depot"- as such the item would not be delivered.
