Disturbingly poor customer service and malfunctioning ice maker

Bought a Samsuck refrigerator. The ice maker continuously freezes up. Samsung advises to use a hair dryer on low to defrost it. 1st- why should I have to do this? 2cd- no solution ever offered. 3rd- when unit stopped making ice completely they sent a tech out who deemed the refrigerator damaged from hairdryer. Samsung then took the easy way out and blamed me for damaging the unit after I followed their advise. Worst appliance Ive ever owned. User's recommendation: Don’t buy Samsung.
