I purchased a iPhone with visible but affirm is where I got credit to get the phone I returned it before the 14 days I chatted with visible customer service 5 days after I sent the phone with there tracking number he tracked the number and said my IPhone is at there warehouse I would get my refund in 3 to 5 days I checked to see 5 days later if they gave me the refund nothing so got on live chatting with them they can't seem to find the iPhone I've been getting the run around after that so I filed a dispute with affirm financed me for the phone I haven't heard anything back
