Dishonest – poor customer service-crooks

I ordered a 5 piece tournament gaming table from Walmart.com and your company sent 1 chair instead of the table set. The email I received stated it was an advertising error however that it an error that the customer ( me ) should not pay the price for. My order contract should be honored. I should not have to resort to filing a complaint with the BBB. Additionally, after several days of trying to resolve the issue, I finally spoke to Homesquare rep John J on 12/14/2018 @ 1:30 pm who was uninterested in providing good customer service, refused to give me corporate info but eventually did, refused to allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor or his identifying employee number so that I can file a complaint and disconnected the call. The contact I had with your company specifically your customer service reps shows me that this is not a company I would ever purchase from again. You do not honor your customers nor make customer service a priority, Cymax is not an honorable company, simply honoring my purchase would have restored my faith in your business. I will never purchase anything from Homesquare/Cymax and I will be informing my family and friends to do the same as well as using my social media presence to expose your company's very poor business practices.
