Update by user Oct 05, 2019 The address for Genesis is outdated, the present address is;1676 Sir Monty's Drive,Mississauga, ON L5N 4R4He has not contacted me to try and resolve the issue or to repay me my losses. I doubt he ever will. This guy is a "CROOK" and should be put out of business and locked up.I do not know how he can look at himself in the mirror and feel proud of himself or his actions. Update by user Sep 07, 2019 If you're seeking a mortgage from a broker do not, I repeat, "DO NOT" use Rob Munn at Genesis Associates. He will if possible take your property, he will cheat you he will take advantage of you, especially when you are in a vulnerable stage in your life. I witnessed him in action, I have proof in my files of his dishonesty, I'm willing to talk with anyone on the subject of ROB MUNN and GENESIS ASSOCIATES LTD. If you invest your money in any type of mortgage do yourself a favor and stay away from him and his company Genesis Associates Ltd. I invested with him several times and he took advantage of me. The last house I invested through him cost me over $55 K, he took $30 K plus HST to babysit the house because it was empty due to the owner dying, said he would go over a few times a week to look after it, when he went the first or second time he discovered the son living in it, he kept putting off returning my money, then I had to hire a lawyer to defend paying the fee to him because the house was empty, I lost the case, the lawyer and court costs totaled another $20 K. He said he would repay me but then reneged because he said the lawyer screwed up. He said he would get me my money back through other mortgages - which means he will screw other people with mortgages so he can pay me. Very dishonest. When I decided to sue him I discover he has nothing in his name, everything is in his wife's name. Very cagey guy, STAY AWAY, any real estate lawyer can help you to get a mortgage a lot cheaper and safer than Rob Munn at Genesis Associates Ltd. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
