Disappointed in company

Les Schwab was my first job and I worked there for 6 years over twenty years ago. To see how bad the customer service is now is disheartening. So many things that Les believed in are gone. First come first serve is gone. Now they make appointments. Greeting customers at their car is gone. It is with a heavy heart to come to the realization that I will not be giving them anymore chances for my business. I will always be thankful for my work experience with them but can no longer let that over rule bad service. Will no longer do business with Les Schwab. User's recommendation: You can get the same if not better service for a lower cost with other companies.
