Dirty and Stinky

I’ve just checked in. We were warned on the way to the room not to use the elevator because it smelled so bad. I entered my room and the moldy scent was so strong I became nauseous. I’ve used my whole can of Febreeze. The bathroom counter is dirty with sticky spills. Same for the bedside tables. There’s actually water pooling on the table! There’s no manager—so said the lying front desk girl. There’s no housekeeper manager and the housekeepers don’t have keys to check the rooms. This place is horrible and my Christmas vacation is ruined. I’m trying to find another hotel here but what’s the odds they’ll refund my money here? None since the housekeepers don’t have keys to the rooms.
