Did not receive store credit

Purchased leggings from KillStar. One pair arrived damaged (rivet had fallen off). The other was the same size, but somehow fit 2x too small. KillStar said they'd send a replacement pair of leggings via USPS. Contacted USPS with tracking number via phone. Label was created but nothing was ever sent. Company continues to state item was lost in the mail. Requested that I sign document (created by them) to state item was lost in the mail. I wouldn't sign it because it's untrue. Also, I returned a 2nd item. They claimed I was given store credit. There's no indication on my account that I was given store credit. Part of the purchase was made with store credit. I filed a claim with my bank. They were able to get back the money paid out of my account, but couldn't do anything about the money lost via store credit.
