Poor attitude and quality, staff negligence
I chose this sports club just because it is closest to where I live. I signed an annual contract, but I was not offered any other option not to pay without automatic bill payment, then I would have to pay extra. Oral administrators promised that payments would be made on a date that is more convenient for me. For 4 (!) months I had problems that the payment had not been made by the due date. I then got injured,and I was treated for several months and could not attend the club. Then an arrogant employee from the club calls me and demands that I drive and write an application to the sports club and pay off the debt, then I can only freeze the contract.
