Did not receive store credit

Purchased leggings from KillStar. One pair arrived damaged (rivet had fallen off). The other was the same size, but somehow fit 2x too small. KillStar said they'd send a replacement pair of leggings via USPS. Contacted USPS with tracking number via phone. Label was created but nothing was ever sent.
