The same thing happened to me. When I called to dispute the charges they offered to give me a 35% refund and keep the product. When I refused, I was told they would give me a refund for the 2nd shipment of product, but not the first. I called my credit card company immediately and disputed ALL 4 charges. I then called the skincare company back to confirm they cancelled ALL future shipments and asked them to confirm I would receive a refund for ALL 4 charges and was told I would only be refunded for the 2nd order, that I received today. I informed the rep that I would not be paying for any of the product and asked him to confirm I would receive a refund for ALL 4 charges. The rep informed me that he could give me a refund of 50% for the first order. I informed him I would not be paying for ANY of the orders I received and insisted he get me a 100% refund on ALL 4 orders. He then came back and said my refund would take 7 to 10 business days. Don't let this company take advantage of you. They advertise free product and you pay only for shipping. I paid for shipping and that is all I am willing to pay for. C Zabawa
