I purchased my item as a gift from Wal-Mart website. When the item wasn’t what the couple expected, it was taken to On smart for return only to find out it had to be returned to OJCommerce.

After several attempts to both parties, I received an RA. I am to pay return shipping and 20% restocking fee. The shipping plus 20% will cost nearly as much as the cost of the item. Buyer beware and read the small print on Wal-Mart’s website for approved sellers. I will stay with Amazon going forward. Very disappointed... Read more➤

Worst customer service ever received. Long shipping time. Open and damaged boxes. Unapologetic and uncaring customer service (Nelly and Dunia). Took 30 days to receive our order.
