I ordered items of clothing with Macys. I would like to request that my items be shipped as one shipment as opposed to an single items as this will attract high duties and taxes. Its also a great inconvenience to revive the items in bits and pieces.
Borderfree is charging me $34.28 shipping on a return item that I mailed and paid the postage myself. They took it off my total refund from Dillard’s. This company totally rips customers off. Big stores are need to find a better way to ship purchases to customers. By continuing to use this company they will loose customers....

TT Are there really no competent staff who can answer questions in their area of supervision?
