We brought a $5000 bedroom set from Rooms to go in Douglasville Ga. The saleswoman(Melanie) talked us into the Fortegra extended warranty. I filed a claim only for it to be denied. This company is a scam. Don't ever get an extended warranty with this company. They will come up with every BS reason not to repair your furniture. They placed all blame on Rooms to go and Rooms to go places the blame on Fortegra not honoring the warranty.I will never do business with them again but I am going to file a law suit against them. Please beware of both companies. User's recommendation: Never fall for the extended warranty with either of these companies.
