I'm waiting for 2 packages to arrive, they have my phone number but never attempted to contact me. The driver arrived, wrote a note to say "attempted but not home" and drove away, as I watched after I received the SMS notification. Driver never attempted to contact or buzz my apartment - this is TERRIBLE customer service. My buzzer is listed in the intercom, and at the very least, other couriers will call me to confirm the buzzer number rather than just driving away. Now I'll have to try and pick up 106lbs of package from a location that's a sketchy little bong shop on a street that has no parking anywhere nearby. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
