Delivery of replacement item

It was very difficult coordinating a replacement delivery of a broken piece of furniture. Luckily, using pissed consumer I was able to speak with a live customer service rep. We got it straightened out (sort of) but when i called back day prior to delivery to verify they had my neighbor's contact info it took 3 calls and an email to discover that in fact they had not updated the notes! Hopefully it is fixed and my item will be delivered tomorrow. User's recommendation: Be persistent.
