Delayed shipment with nobody picking up the calls

DHL is horrible in its customer service. Nobody picks the calls and yet they send us automated messages to call the same number that does not get picked. When they agent called I asked for a number where I could complain and he gave me a special number that again does not get picked up. Last time I am using DHL. User's recommendation: Never use DHL ever.
