Original review updated by user Apr 19, 2021 I had my kitchen remodeled and new fridge by Amana, under Whirlpool. The fridge side is freezing food and the freezer building up ice that leaks. I had 4 Servicemen come and finally WP declared it unrepairable. I spoke with WP product exchange 3 weeks ago and the company to replace the fridge hasn't even heard from WP corporation. WP has so many phone #s, and I can wait 2 hours with no answer. Then I paid $202 extra for the 2021 model. I have thrown food away. And my warranty is $371 which I want returned with $202. User's recommendation: Don't purchase whirlpool products, not worth the grief.
