Defective headgear Again!

This is at least the 4th headset we've had to return. All of the the mic quit working so we'd bring it back. This time GameStop said it's been more than 30 days contact manufacturer. The manufacturer said return to store. We have the receipt but we can't locate the box, so long story short were screwed out of $50 for another defective headset regardless of warranty. Not very satisfied. Would be great to find something that actually works after you pay for it. I mean works for more than a month or two. User's recommendation: No .. headsets are junk regardless of price.
