Deep cleaning scammed into paying 240.00 extra for add-ons. No full disclosure.

A few days ago I got a cleaning the girl told me this gel was much better than the shots I'm always used to getting shots because I don't feel anything and this stuff look kind of like Orajel she insisted that it would be better for me but never disclosed that they would charge me 240 extra dollars for this tube. I told her I'd rather have the shot and she coerced me saying that the gel was much better for me I was very confused and thought she was really trying to do something great for me. Well it was the most painful procedure I've ever had I was dying in the chair. I almost passed out from the pain and I let him know I was in pain. I never knew I was charged $240 I had asked upfront how much the procedure cost and she gave me the amount that included this Orajel type stuff so I was conned big time. I'm an educated consumer I have seen them try to make me sign things before for many add-ons but I have always decline them by writing on the bottom I do not agree to these items and I would Circle them I guess they got wise to the educated consumers and decided to pull a fast one I know I'm not the first. This is not buyer's remorse. I would never have agreed to experience this kind of pain my teeth are not clean properly I will have to go to another dentist. I feel scammed can at the end she waved the paper at me like a flag saying "look you signed" it was a very sinister smile. If you don't sign it they say they can't treat you but it's ridiculous because there is nothing in that paper except for add-ons that would not make a dentist treat you. I would like to see them taken down and out of the United States. I did everything right and yet I still got conned she refused to even take off half. I want my $240 back because I did not agree to the add-on I only agree because she kept saying was better for me. Paying 240 extra dollars is not better for me. This is 2019 beware of this company and go to a mom-and-pop instead where they won't try to sell you a toothbrush after a procedure when you're in incredible pain I want my $240 back they have also charged me for x-rays that were covered 100% by my insurance $44 needs to be taken off my account immediately she would not do it I do not owe this money and did not agree or sign anything about anything extra on the x-rays. I am contacting Consumer Protection Agency the Better Business Bureau and the state attorney's office on this matter I do not want any other consumer to experience what I have experienced. It's been a few days and I'm still in pain and if I had had the shots like I wanted but the doctor told me I didn't want shots. I'm pretty sure someone benefited for pushing this and I would like it investigated as many times as I asked they never gave me any indication of the gel being an add-on.
