Early August, I ordered three desks for my grand children who would desperately need them because we knew that in September they would be taught through virtual learning and not in school due to the pandemic. When I placed the order the Totally Furniture website info boldly stated that with 7-10 days (usually less) the desks would be shipped. It is now more than a month since I ordered and still no desk, just promises, promises, promises. TOtally Furniture now claims they are powerless because they turned the order over to a distribution/delivery outfit. If true, this should have been stated up front before taking my money. How irresponsible and deceitful, because now all day, every day my grandchildren do not have a proper place to do their school work. This is shameful! User's recommendation: Do not order anything from this company because they are not reliable.
