Tom Moore Heating and Cooling installed a new A/C system at my house.They did not pull a permit and nothing is to code. They quoted me a variable speed air handler but did not put one in. Due to their improper installatin I now have extensive damage to my ceiling since they did not put in a drip pan, which is required by code for attic installation. When contacted about this the company sent a tech who told me that nothing was done properly and that they would take care of it. I then received a letter from the company stating that they were not going to fix the issues. Do not do business with either of these companies.They are unreliable and deceptive.
