I've purchased all my furniture for my new home from Rooms To Go. I thought that by paying a little more and purchasing from a company like Rooms To Go, I wouldn't have any issue. Well, I was wrong! Nearly EVERY item delivered was damaged. I cannot get anyone to resolve the issue. When I call, they say they'll order the part. Over a month later I haven't received anything. They tell me a supervisor will call me, no one ever did. I ask to open a complaint, they say can't do it over the phone. This is the worse experience that I've ever had. This has been a stressful and discouraging process. They have the worse customer service ever.
