Damaged goods – promises not kept

In june 2020, I purchased a table and two chairs from Menards. These items are distributed by AGIO. When I received them, the table-top was damaged and AGIO ordered a replacement part. It is now May 2021, and I have yet to receive this replacement. I HAVE however, received multiple responses from AGIO that they are "working on it". User's recommendation: If it's distributed by AGIO... don't buy it!
