Old School travel trailer has structural issues and we are told we need to talk to Adam about repairs and Adam will not return our calls.

Our new 2021 Old School trailer had axle and tire clearance issues that left us stranded in Tennessee and we finally had to leave Tennessee to come home after almost a month of waiting for parts. We have been told we need to talk to Adam about repairs to our trailer and we have called 5 times and have been told he would call us back and he has not.
