Purchased this scooter several months ago and tried to get it registered for street usage, but, was told that I couldn't because the scooter didn't have a manufacture label. I tried and sent multiple e-mails, requesting for the label/assistance and all I got was resistance; no straight answers. As it stand right now, I'm left with a $1, 500+ dollar product that I cannot legally ride anywhere without that label. The scooter came only with the Nanrobot logo/sticker; no serial number, no manufacture label. Just about every product sold anywhere, globally, has a manufacture label - why not this scooter? Resolution: I want the manufacture label properly identifying this product.
