I would like a phon call at [protected]. Staff playing around, order wrong, out of coffee. Unprofessional and did not care when complaint was brought to supervisors attention. Poor service
We were in San Jose after the recommendation of the best restaurant, we went to this Cafe2local. From the very beginning, the waiter arrived looking very unhappy that the next servants had arrived. We ordered ribs and French onion soup, which we waited for almost an hour, as a result of which we were brought ribs prepared 3 days ago, served without taste, for which we had to pay around 9 dollars. The soup looked like onions cooked in ordinary broth with an updated broth of incomprehensible consistency (probably from ribs). We were very disappointed because we have eaten a lot, also in many "lower " level cafes, where the service and food were at a much higher level. When we paid the bill, we had to wait another 30 minutes. while bringing the balance, which the waiters for this wonderful service, in principle, themselves presumed as a tip, which this time certainly did not earn. I don't recommend it to others, hopefully the service will improve!
