Tilden on Northlake is a rip off! Lets just begin with how they charge you for what is supposed to be "high mileage" oil and it is just regular oil. Ask them to show you the high mileage oil. it does not exist. You are paying $52.95, plus disposal fee, plus shop supplies, plus tax and you are getting the exact same oil that they charge $29.95, plus, plus, plus for. They will replace whatever it takes on your car whether you need it or not! They purchase brake pads for $18 and then charge you $59.99 for them. They order from Advanced Auto and Cold Air Distributors. Call them directly and ask them how much brake pads are for your vehicle. Rotors? Forget about it! They get them for $22 and change and they will charge you a minimum of $60. Rip off! They will tell you they make their money on the labor. ***! They make it anyway they can. If you have your car towed because it won't start and it is just a loose wire....guess what? You're going for a starter and whatever else they can sell you on. The owner Korey is stealing from all of us and he is nothing but a liar. Trust me when I say you need to find a new mechanic!
