                Customer Service – lack of communication

I am a patient who uses Quest Diagnostics every year for my annual physical. Recently, I tried to call customer service but for every number I tried, the call failed. In the past, they have put in the wrong code and I got charged for services that should have been covered for my annual physical. I keep having to contact them every year to resolve this issue.
