Front Dess representative is very rude and disrespectful it has a bad attitude she does not need to work with customers, she needs to understand how to talk to a customer. After my experience yesterday with the wax company I would not recommend nobody to come to this location or even bring there dogs This has been by far the worst experience in this was only my second time there , very mean from the time I walked in the door I was never greeted all the front desk girl said to me with whats your name I gave her my name she say yeah you u too late u go have to reschedule you too late I said how when yall have a nine minute grace.
