Cricut Mker Machine

I bought a cricut maker in November 2020, I have had issues with the machine from the beginning. I always wanted this machine because everyone raved about it and I love doing crafts. Anyway, I thik this might have been a refurbished machine and I order a brand new one. The first time I used it it was incredibly loud to even start doing a project. Being a new owner I thought this might be the way it was. I signed up for design space to start creating greeting cards. right off the start it started freezing up and I had to keep cancelling my projects and starting over several times before it would let me complete a project. I thought being new I just wasn't doing things rightl So I had a couple of friends, that also had Cricut Maker Machines, come over and talk me through a project. We discovered it was the machine not me. Now when I try to use the machine it was the same thing with another issue, when I would put something into the holder for a stylus or pen, it would acturally throw the item out of the machine. The first time I was sitting right in front of the machine and it almost hit me in the face. I have called cricut support at least 8 times, all of which hung up on me becausea if it was a mistaket hey would have called back. Now the last time I spoke with them they wanted to send me parts to replace and see if tht was the issue. Now you and I both know if I do that then they're not responsible to do anything to correct the problem because they will say I did something. So I refused to do it and told them I was going higher to get this solved. They have no way of getting in touch with anyone other than support. I am so frustrated.
