I had a recipe that uses Ritz crackers. (Peanut Butter Cheesecake) I purchased a box of the Originals. The box was perfect. The inside sleeves were perfect. However, the crackers literally crumbled when opening. I needed to open 3 sleeves to get 20 useful crackers for use in the recipe. I contacted Mondelez Corp.. I thought I was alone until I stumbled on this website. I used to love this product but,sadly,it is complete crap. If you love crumbs they might work. Otherwise they are useless. I saw a commercial and they make these great looking snacks. With this product it is literally impossible! I tried contacting them. Nothing so far. I feel like Ive lost my mind but this seems like a ripoff. They know something is wrong but dont want to change a thing. User's recommendation: Do not purchase unless you love crumbs. This is not the product you remember.
